Venison Stew

I love fall because I love making stews and big hearty meals that we don't normally eat all summer long. Well it's not fall yet, actually it's supposed to be 91 degrees here today. But that's all the more reason to use the crock pot. It's too damn hot to be using the oven or stove. So venison stew it is!!

Ingredients :

Vension , cut up into chunks
4 large potatoes, cut into chunks
1 bag of baby carrots
1 package of sliced mushrooms
Onion, sliced (use as much or as little as you like, depends on your taste)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 box of beef broth (enough to cover all the ingredients)
Salt/pepper

Cook on low for about 8 hours.

Enjoy!!
